Fence Installation
Privacy, picket, ranch, and custom wood fencing built straight and built to last.
A fence is the first thing guests see and the last line of your property. GMR builds fencing with the same attention to detail we bring to luxury framing — plumb posts, consistent reveals, clean gates.

Fences — Common Questions
What fence types does GMR install?
Board-on-board and shadowbox privacy fences, classic picket and estate fencing, post-and-rail ranch fencing, and custom designs — in cedar and pressure-treated pine, with gates that do not sag.
How long does a fence installation take?
Most residential fences go up in a few days once materials are on site. Long estate runs and custom work take longer — we give you a real timeline with the estimate.
Cedar or pressure-treated pine?
Cedar looks better longer and naturally resists rot but costs more; pressure-treated pine is the workhorse value choice. In our coastal humidity both need correct post setting and hardware, which is where GMR’s carpentry standard shows.
Do you build gates for driveways and equipment?
Yes — sag-proof walk and drive gates with quality hinges and latches, and framing for automated gate systems.
